Established in 1986, P.A. Portner, Inc. is the premier remodeling and renovation contractor in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Our stability has been achieved through one basic principle: the complete satisfaction of the client. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. P.A. Portner, Inc. is a member in good standing with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Maryland Improvement Contractors Association (MICA) and Professional Remodeling Organization (PRO Mid Atlantic).
Our Team
P.A. Portner consists of a full-time staff of highly skilled and qualified managers, NARI Certified Lead Carpenters, and office staff, along with a proven team of experienced subcontractors.
